Founded in 2018, the Harvard Undergraduate Real Estate Investment Group (HUREIG) is committed to serving as the premier hub for real estate education and engagement on Harvard University’s undergraduate campus. Through the HUREIG Comp, the organization provides foundational financial training, introducing members to the fundamentals of the real estate industry and asset valuation.
The HUREIG Investment Team, established in 2022, offers advanced Comp graduates the opportunity to work through case studies, build financial models, and develop investment and development pitches supported by rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis. Throughout each semester, HUREIG hosts a Speaker Series that welcomes leaders in the real estate industry to share their experiences with members and the broader Harvard community.
HUREIG collaborates closely with industry professionals, academics, and leading global real estate firms to supplement the education offered at Harvard College and to support members as they pursue careers in real estate.
