Lilly is a senior in Adams House studying Environmental Science and Public Policy with a secondary in Statistics.
As President of HUREIG, Lilly oversees all operational and educational aspects of the organization. She teaches a curriculum on core real estate investment fundamentals, including property valuation, market analysis, and financial modeling. She also enjoys helping organize community, alumni, speaker, and recruitment events.
This summer, she is working at Kelvin Systems, a climate technology company that decarbonizes old buildings in NYC, as an Ivory Fellow. Lilly also brings experience from her coursework at the GSD and her own investment property in Florida.
Fun Fact: Lilly is a twin!

Rhea is a sophomore in Adams studying Economics & NELC, with a citation in Arabic.
As Vice President of HUREIG, Rhea oversees the planning of recruitment, career and social activities, as well as coordinating internal teams to run the comp process.
Last summer, Rhea interned at Upepo Energy - an infrastructure manager with renewable energy projects in Zambia - and studied abroad in Amman, Jordan learning Arabic. On campus, she involved with Black Diamond Capital, Charles River Growth Fund, the JFK Jr. Forum Committee, ECHO (Eating Disorder Peer Counselling), helped organise the Africa Business Conference at HBS, and is a student-athlete on the Varsity Lightweight Rowing Team.
Fun Fact: Rhea has lived in 4 different countries on 4 different continents (Malaysia, Germany, Australia and now the US)!

Bosco Lai is a junior in Quincy House studying Economics and History.
As Vice President of HUREIG, he oversees club operations, spearheads fundraising, and drives professional development for its members. A Hines Skyline, Bosco spent summer 2026 at the U.S. Department of Commerce. His experience spans private equity at Focused Capital, asset management at Vinci Compass (NASDAQ: VINP), development at Hines, and data science at CIM Group.
Bosco brings an international, public-private lens to real estate.

Brian is a sophomore in Winthrop House studying Economics and History.
As Director of the Investment Team, Brian runs a small team focused on working with live deals and case studies that come from partnerships with Real Estate Private Equity firms across the industry. The team receives experience with financial modeling and decision making, learning how deal-flow and the leadership structure at a firm works.
Brian is on the Varsity Football team and is also involved with another fund on campus as an analyst for Mount Auburn Capital. Brian brings experience from TRGP Capital working on alternative investments, and experience in the proptech industry being a part of the founding team of Propagentic, an agentic AI startup.
Fun Fact: Brian loves to fish and wants to go on a fly fishing expedition.

Josh is a senior in Dunster House studying Applied Mathematics with a secondary in History of Art and Architecture. As Director of the HUREIG Fund, Josh is leading the launch of Harvard's first undergraduate real estate investment fund, where he is responsible for designing the fund's structure, fundraising strategy, governance, and long-term operations.
This past summer, Josh interned at KKR on the Insurance Commercial Deal Team, working on reinsurance transactions. At Harvard, he is Captain of the NCAA Division I Ski Team, serves on the executive board of the Harvard Alternative Investments Club, and is also a member of The Harvard Crimson (multimedia).
Fun Fact: Josh has an extensive playing card collection.

Alison is a junior in Currier House studying Economics and English.
As Director of Recruitment, she oversees the club's recruiting initiatives and focuses on growing the campus real estate network.
She has pursued her interest in real estate through internships at AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust and most recently Bayview Asset Management. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer and watching tennis.
Fun fact: Alison enjoys tap dancing.

Morgan Casey is a junior in Dunster House studying Economics.
As HUREIG's Director of Recruitment, she oversees planning outreach events and helping recruit the next class of compers. Outside of HUREIG, Morgan serves as Director of Operations for the Research and Strategy Group at Harvard's Institute of Politics.
Morgan's favorite real estate asset class is industrial because she is fascinated by its role in keeping global commerce moving. Last summer, she worked at Penske Transportation Solutions to gain experience in the industrial and logistics sector.
Fun fact: Morgan loves playing pickleball in her free time.

Baltazar Vale de Gato is a sophomore in Pfoho studying Mechanical engineering.
As Director of Community of HUREIG, Balty is in charge of gluing the club together. He organizes events within the club, with alumni, and even with other clubs. He firmly believes that you can’t love a club without loving its people, so he wants to create an environment to form lasting relationships.
Most of Balty’s academic interests revolve around engineering and finance. He’s completed astrophysics research twice and an engineering design internship. Additionally, he has recently been exploring a new interest in finance, such as joining the investment team for HUREIG.
Fun Fact: Balty has two pairs of webbed fingers…

Kadyn is a junior in Adams House studying applied mathematics & economics with a secondary in psychology.
As Director of Communication for HUREIG, Kadyn helps support clear, engaging communication between the organization and its members, making sure students stay informed about events, opportunities, and resources.
Kadyn is academically interested in math, especially the ways it connects to problem-solving and helping communities make better decisions. She enjoys learning how data, finance, and analytical thinking can be used to improve access, create opportunity, and support people in meaningful ways. Through her academic and leadership experiences, Kadyn is excited to keep building spaces where students feel connected and empowered.

Evan is a sophomore in Cabot house double concentrating in Economics and Psychology.
As Director of Events for the Harvard Undergraduate Real Estate Investment Group, Evan organizes the group's speaker programs, bringing in top real estate leaders and alumni to help members explore careers in the field.
Beyond HUREIG, Evan is also on board for the Harvard Alternative Investments club, where he worked with Tuckerman Capital on an Investment Thesis Development Project. This past summer he spent his time working in sales Harvard Student Agencies helping expand their tours agency.
Fun Fact: Evan has been supporting his family’s restaurant since he was nine.

Vishal Swamy is a sophomore in Cabot House studying Applied Mathematics to Economics and Energy.
As Director of Partnerships, Vishal hopes to enhance HUREIG's partnerships with leading firms in real estate and establish new professional development opportunities for members.
With an interest in the intersection of energy infrastructure and artificial intelligence, Vishal understands the pivotal importance of real estate in developing data center facilities. From power purchase agreements to water availability, there are so many aspects of this intersection that he is excited to continue exploring with HUREIG.
Fun Fact: Vishal used to play competitive chess.
